Field notes, version two — the kind you'll want to keep forever.
What's included

Free for as long as three hives is enough. Pro when it isn't.

Most hobbyists run their entire operation on the Free tier for years. Pro adds the inspection history, exports, and live hardware integrations that working apiaries rely on once the season gets serious.

Common questions

The things beekeepers ask before they click Start Trial.

What happens after the 30 days?
You get a quiet email four days before the trial ends. If you do nothing, your account drops to the Free tier automatically — your inspections, photos, and notes are all preserved. If you choose Pro, your card is charged $6 for the next month (or $72 if you picked annual billing, which works out to two months free).
Can I cancel mid-month or get a refund?
Yes to both. You can cancel from the account dashboard in two clicks; access continues through the period you've already paid for. If you cancel within seven days of an annual charge and haven't used Pro features heavily, email us for a prorated refund — no forms, no friction.
Do I lose my data if I downgrade to Free?
No. Inspection history stays viewable as long as it falls within the Free tier's retention window — the most recent 90 days. Anything older is preserved on our servers; if you upgrade again later, your full history reappears instantly. Your photos and notes never leave your account.
Is there a rate for clubs, associations, or queen breeders?
Yes. Multi-seat plans run roughly $3.50 per seat per month when billed annually, with centralized billing and aggregate health dashboards for leadership. Email [email protected] and we'll put together a quote based on your member count and onboarding needs.
No credit card to start

Log your first inspection before you put the veil back on.

The average new beekeeper logs their first hive check inside eight minutes of signing up — even if it's their first time replacing a paper notebook. Free stays free for as long as three hives is all you need.
